The Career and Professional Development Center offers a variety of services for Carnegie Mellon undergraduate alumni and strongly values alumni as a part of the Carnegie Mellon community. The Career and Professional Development Center also provides a number of opportunities for undergraduate alumni to stay connected to the university and to share knowledge about their career field with current students and other alumni.
If you are interested in participating in one of our undergraduate alumni panel discussions or other career-related events, please contact Jennifer Frick, Assistant Director of the Career and Professional Development Center and Business Administration/Economics Career Consultant. For undergraduate alumni career services, visit the Alumni Office's Online Career Center and review the information below.
Alumni one-year post-graduation can continue to have access to on-campus recruiting provided they are still seeking their first post-graduate employment opportunity. All alumni are allowed regular access to the TartanTRAK system. Simply follow the TartanTRAK link and proceed to the "register" section to create your account if you did not have one as a student. If you are a recent graduate and can't remember your TartanTRAK password, please utilize the forgot password link on TartanTRAK before creating a new account.
Undergraduate alumni may schedule an appointment to meet with or talk by phone with a Career Consultant to explore career options, identify and plan job search strategies, refine your resume and cover letter, and discuss interviewing issues. Graduate school planning assistance is also provided. Please call the Career Center front desk at 412-268-2064 to schedule an appointment.
Alumni are welcome at all campus-wide job fairs, including the TOC, BOC and EOC. For further information on these events, please read the job fairs section of the Career and Professional Development Center website, or call the Career Center at 412-268-2064.
