Examples of job-related correspondence that you may need to write at some point during your career include cover, offer acceptance/decline and thank-you letters. Creating the initial letter can be difficult, but once it is completed, that template can be used in the development of letters for other opportunities. Below is a resource to help you in the process, and remember that your Career Consultant can assist you with any job-related document.
Career Sucess Guide on Employment Letters (includes samples)
The Career Center provides many resources to help you prepare for interviews. Mock interviews are available with company representatives in both September and January. You can complete a mock interview with your Career Consultant at any point. Also, once you complete three on-campus interviews with companies, interview feedback is available. The feedback is anonymous, but gives you a better sense of your interviewing strengths and weaknesses. In addition, a number of Career Center Success Guides related to interviewing, as well as other recommended books, are included below.
