Help With Logging In

You must create an active directory account, it is not the same account as your Andrew account.

To access any of these systems, you must create an Andrew windows active directory account:

• Tepper computer labs, “P:” drive and Tepper printers
• Student Services Online (course registration, evaluations, photo rosters)
• Student Intranet
• Non-Tepper Student Course Request System

Follow these steps to create an Andrew windows active directory account:

1. Go to Change My Windows Password
2. Type in your Andrew ID and password (what you use for email)
3. Read the information and click on the “Password Reset Tool” link 
4. Type in a windows password twice (it is suggested that you use the same password that you use for email) and click on “Submit”

Note: The account is usually created within several minutes but can take up to 24 hours during periods of high network usage.

How do I login?

After your windows password has been created. You can access Tepper systems in the following manner:

• Two line dialog box: andrew\your andrew ID, example "andrew\smith"
• Three line dialog box: "andrew" is the doman name
