Order of Ceremony

The order of the ceremony is as follows:  

1. Dean's Remarks
2. Keynote Address
3. Awards Presentations
4. Diplomas given out in order: PhD, MSCF, then MBA
5. Recessional (faculty exit the stage, followed by students)

At the conclusion of the ceremony, your actual diplomas may be picked up from the marked area in the foyer. Please direct your guests to the post-ceremony reception, and do not bring your guests to the diploma tables. This will help the process be less congested. Staff members and volunteers will be handing out the diplomas. Signage on the tables will indicate PhD, MSCF and MBA. No diplomas will be given out prior to the end of the entire ceremony.
