Board Member Bios

Ade Odutayo, President

Ade earned his Bachelors in Software Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University. Prior to Tepper, Ade was a management consultant at Accenture and Deloitte. His experience spans the spectrum between technology strategy through to downstream areas of technology delivery and implementation. Within technology he has extensive experience in the design, implement, test, delivery and transformation of large-scale technology projects, enterprise systems design and integration, and, business process redesign. Ade has worked with clients across multiple industry verticals providing expertise on strategic initiatives, solutions architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions across multiple technology platforms.

At Tepper, Ade is a Consortium Fellow with concentrations in Strategy, Finance and Operations. He enjoys reading, playing soccer, cycling, running, cooking, and fencing. In addition to his role as the President of ABC, he also serves as the President of the Culinary Club.

Richard Adusa-Poku, Vice President

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana and Master of Science in Environmental Health from Harvard University, Massachusetts. Prior to attending Tepper, Richard amassed over six years of global experience in the environmental and safety sector in industries ranging from semiconductor, real estate, and higher education. Richard is also heavily involved in non-profit work. He co-founded Project Health Ghana Incorporated, non-profit organization in Ghana with main focus on public health promotion among youth of Ghana. He also serves as the Project Manager for The first Tee of Pittsburgh Tepper consulting team.

At Tepper, he is a Consortium and MLT Fellow pursuing Strategy, Operations Management, and Finance. This summer, Richard will join Intel Corporation as ESG-GSP (Supply Chain) Intern.

Lapah Mofor, VP Finance

Originally from Cameroon, Lapah holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Buea and a Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma City University. Prior to Tepper, he worked as a Revenue Staff Accountant for Devon Energy Production Company based in Oklahoma City.

At Tepper, he is a Consortium Fellow and is pursuing a concentration in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. He also serves on the board of the Soccer Club and is a Consortium Liaison for Tepper. This summer, he will be interning at Accenture.

Veenusha Santchurn, VP Alumni Relations & Outreach

Veenusha comes to Tepper with a varied background in consulting and impact investing. After earning her BA in Economics with Management Concentration from Ohio Wesleyan University, Veenusha spent four years at Calvert Foundation where she drove continuous improvement and sustainability efforts to structure and grow the organization’s operations. She also worked as a Financial Analyst at Abt Associates.

Prior to joining business school, she worked as a Manager at PwC leading numerous business transformation initiatives in Africa. She is a certified PMP and is concentrating in Operations Management, Strategy and Organizational Behavior at Tepper. She will be joining Regeneron as a Continuous Improvement Intern this summer.

Eric Apeagyei, VP of Operations

Eric Apeagyei is a former Public Health Professional. Born and raised in Ghana, he earned his Bachelors in Agricultural science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, and a Master of Science in Environmental Health from Harvard University, School of Public Health. Prior to Tepper, Eric spent three years as an Industrial Hygienist in the Oil Refinery industry and four years’ experience in Environmental Health and Safety in the Biopharmaceutical industries. In addition, his non-profit work had been in Air Pollution and Risk Assessment research at the Boston, Massachusetts focusing on health effects among community residents associated with vehicular emissions.

At Tepper, Eric is a Consortium Fellow and concentrating in Finance, Operations and Strategy. He enjoys playing soccer, cycling and travelling in his spare time. This summer, he will be joining Bank of America as Business Specialist (intern) in the Global Technology and Operations program in North Carolina.

Claude Ogoe, VP Marketing & Communications

Claude grew up in Ghana, and moved to the US fourteen years ago. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry. Prior to Tepper, Claude worked at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in the Cancer Drug Discovery and Early Development Group, where he discovered a number of small molecule drug candidates. He is currently a co-author of peer-reviewed scientific papers as well as three patents. Claude is pursuing a concentration in marketing, and strategy.

He also serves on the board for the BioPharma & Healthcare Club as the Vice President of Technology and Marketing.
