President: Kiran Surapaneni
Kiran brings over nine years of leadership experience in the Telecommunications industry. His experience ranges from Project Management and Consulting to Software Development and Systems Integration. He has led global teams to develop & deploy mission-critical operations systems and help transition Verizon from a telephone company to a broadband company. He also founded an offshore software development team for Verizon and consulted with the Customer Service Centers to improve operational efficiency. Kiran has bachelors and masters degrees in Computer Science from the University of Madras and University of Louisiana at Lafayette respectively. This summer, Kiran will be working as a Business Strategy intern at BitArmor, a data security company.

VP of Events: Manish Grover
Manish has worked with technologies for 11 years with several Fortune 100 companies, the past 6 years being in project and program management roles. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and is excited about product management and customer centric marketing with a strong interest in leveraging cutting edge technologies. He is lively, energetic, forever striving to beat the advancing pounds and to his credit has indeed achieved limited success. Once he is finally done with the “earning livelihood” part, Manish is keen on opening a restaurant which will serve his own versions of the world cuisines and make him famous as a great chef. He likes riding the motorcycle with the wind in his hair, even though he always wears a full face helmet. Right now, Manish’s extra-curricular activities are playing with his 3 month old son.

VP of Corporate Relations: Adam Stout
After earning a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Adam took a position in the Research and Development Division of the data warehousing company, Teradata. While initially focused on developing new tools for testing software, he quickly transitioned to leading an internal data mining project focused on better leveraging data about the R&D process to create improvements on the process. After spending seven years with Teradata, Adam chose to leave the company in pursuit of an MBA. Adam is currently in the Technology Leadership Track at Tepper in preparation of returning to the software industry upon graduation.

VP of Finance: Nikhil Haldavnekar
Nikhil holds a Bachelors and a Masters in Computer Engineering. He brings over four years of leadership experience in managing data and technology projects to the Business and Technology Club. He has successfully transitioned industries while gaining invaluable experience as a leader and a team member in many cross-functional and diverse teams. At Tepper, Nikhil is concentrating in Finance and Marketing.

VP of Marketing: Matt Grieco
Upon attaining his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington & Lee University in 2003, Matt joined a start-up company in the Boston area as a Software Engineer. While helping the company double in size, Matt generated several patent fillings for the company before transitioning into a project management role. At Tepper, Matt has concentrated on IT, Strategy and Marketing. |

Flextime Representative & VP of Technology: Suhag Saraiya
Suhag is a flex-time student at Tepper and is interested in IT, Strategy and Finance. He is currently working as a technical consultant at one of the leading consulting firms in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, he was working as a Senior Software Engineer at a start-up in Florida, where he worked on developing live video streaming applications for various cellular devices. Suhag holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. As a B&T club board member, he acts as a liasion between flex-time and full-time students, and also maintains internal/external club websites. |
