Amit Bhardwaj - President

Amit graduated from I.I.T., Kanpur, India with a major in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he started as an automotive engineer for Tata Motors, India. He spent the next seven years in Japan working for Hitachi Ltd., in their Automotive Systems Group where he managed business development projects for top automobile manufacturers. Amit will be joining McKinsey & Company upon graduation.

Sachin Kotwani - Vice President

Sachin holds a BS in Management and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Prior to joining Tepper he worked in the healthcare IT industry for Cerner Corporation and also as a consultant for the University of Maryland Medical System. His international work experience includes assignments in India (Cerner) and Spain (McKinsey and Company). Upon graduation he will be joining Amazon.com in their Corporate Finance department.

Jesse Wu – VP of Case Training

Jesse graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. He joined International Business Machine (IBM) Global Services division planning IT architecture and strategy. Jesse also founded an Internet startup and a real estate management company while he was with IBM. Upon graduation he will be joining Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations practice.

Zeynep Tolon – VP of Communications

Zeynep graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University. Her background includes working as a software test engineer at Microsoft and a summer associate at Diamond Management & Technology Consulting. Upon graduation, she will join the Pittsburgh office of McKinsey & Company.

Charles Tsang – VP of Corporate Relations

Charles has a double major in Operations Management Information Systems (OMIS) and Economics from Santa Clara University. Prior to Tepper, he worked at Silicon Storage Technology, Inc., a semiconductor company in the Silicon Valley, in the Information Technology department. He spent the summer at Amazon.com in their Operations Pathways Program. Upon graduation he will be joining Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations Service Area.

Tim Darling – VP of Finance

Tim has BS degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP). In 2007, he was a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company and as of 2008 is a full-time Associate with the firm.

Ananth Lalithakumar – VP of Operations

Ananth Lalithakumar graduated with a B.Tech in Materials Science Engineering from Institute of Technology, BHU India. He then spent the next seven years with Infosys Technologies where he was serving a leading healthcare client. Ananth will be joining McKinsey & Company upon graduation.

Sachal Lakhavani – Flextime Class Representative

Sachal holds a BS in Information and Decision Systems and a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to returning to Carnegie Mellon to complete his MBA, he held consulting and product management positions at Ariba (formerly FreeMarkets), PeopleSoft (since acquired by Oracle), and a startup in the bay area. Sachal will be joining Diamond Management & Technology Consultants upon graduation.
