Pawan Kapoor - President Pawan graduated from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India with a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering. Prior to joining Tepper, He worked for five years as an ERP consultant and served clients such as GE Healthcare and NBC Universal on large scale business process implementations. Pawan is passionate about social sustainability and enjoys exploring ideas to achieve sustainable societies through mainstream business strategies. At Tepper, Pawan is pursuing concentrations in Strategy, Finance and Organizational Behavior. |

Istvan Jonyer - Vice President Istvan graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2003 with a Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering, having written an award winning dissertation. Prior to Tepper he was Assistant Professor of computer science at Oklahoma State University, before which he worked for Nortel Networks as a software design engineer. Istvan was Summer Associate at New Venture Partners, a venture capital firm specializing in corporate spinouts. He is currently interning with Pittsburgh Equity Partners, an early-stage venture capital fund. |

Patrick Bosco– VP of Corporate Relations Patrick earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. While at Rensselaer, he participated in an international research and study program at Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) in Copenhagen, Denmark. Prior to business school, Patrick completed the Edison Leadership Development Program at General Dynamics and worked as an onsite client liaison for Draper Laboratory in Cambridge, MA. At Draper he was the team lead for several large-scale, multi-company aerospace engineering projects. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys designing wooden sailboats and traveling internationally. Patrick’s concentrations at Tepper are in strategy, operations, and finance. |

Craig Gaites – VP of Operations Craig graduated from Cornell University in 2002 with a BS in Biological and Environmental Engineering. Prior to coming to Tepper, Craig spent nearly six years as an environmental consultant advising public and private entities on the management, protection, and remediation of water resources. He is licensed to practice civil engineering in the state of California and most recently held the position of Project Lead Engineer with Northgate Environmental Management, Inc. in Oakland, CA. At Tepper, Craig is a James R. Swartz Entrepreneurial Fellow and also plans to complete an MS in Public Policy & Management at Heinz College. |

Vivek Jain – VP of External Affairs Vivek earned his BS in Electronics Engineering and Mathematics from the University of North Texas, graduating as a Distinguished Honors Scholar. Prior to joining Tepper, he worked in engineering and leadership roles at CodeSource, a supply chains firm based in Denton, Texas. He plans to build on the extraordinary participatory enthusiasm within the Consulting Club by expanding its exposure to include global and corporate opportunities, and instituting a series of Negotiations and Communications Workshops to help leverage Tepper's excellent faculty in Communications. |

Joanna O'Kelley – VP of Education & Development Joanna graduated from Columbia University with a BA in English and Comparative Literature. She has over four years of management consulting experience and four years of financial services experience. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). At Tepper, Joanna is the president of the Tepper Women in Business Club, and will be interning this summer with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York. |

Sanin Rahman – VP of Career Development Sanin graduated with a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004. Prior to joining the Tepper School of Business, Sanin was a Senior Developer at Armedia, a boutique Enterprise Content Management (ECM) consulting firm based out of Atlanta, GA. In addition to work, he was also involved in community-facing initiatives with organizations such as American Cancer Society and Habitat For Humanity. Following that practice, Sanin is currently participating in a pro-bono consulting initiative that has been organized by the Tepper chapter of Net Impact. When he isn’t busy with school and the community, he enjoys playing guitar and singing, and occasionally writing music—over the past decade, he has been a lead member in several bands, and he has published original music in Bangladesh, his home country. |

Suhag Saraiya – VP of Flextime Relations and CoC Affairs Suhag graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a BS in Computer Science. Prior to Tepper, he was working as a technology consultant for over a year at one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in Pittsburgh. Before moving to Pittsburgh, he was working as a Senior Software Engineer at a start-up for three years in Florida, where he worked on developing and implementing live video streaming applications for various cellular devices. At Tepper, he has led strategic consulting projects through Pro bono Consulting program in the local Pittsburgh community. |
