FlexTime GBA Officers

The Flex-Time GBA exists for one simple purpose; to make the FlexTime program an even better program! The FlexTime GBA Officers act as a voice for the FlexTime, part-time MBA program to the administration, as well as the overall student body at Tepper. From scheduling social events to providing input on course selection, the FlexTime GBA works hard to enhance the entire FlexTime experience.

	Shawn O’Brien, President Shawn holds a B.S. in Information Sciences & Technology and a Minor in Security Risk & Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to graduation, Shawn accepted an offer with PNC Financial Services as a Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Engineer, where he has worked in Technology, Operations, Strategic Initiatives, and most recently, Finance. In addition to his responsibilities as Flex-Time Executive Officer of the GBA and President of the Flex-Time GBA, Shawn is a member of the Tepper Brewmeisters Club and is actively involved with Non-Profit Organizations throughout the Pittsburgh region, most recently serving as President of the Extra Mile Education Foundation’s Young Professional Advisory Committee (YPAC). Outside of work and school, Shawn enjoys spending his free time working on cars, brewing beer, pursuing adventure sports, participating in endurance races, socializing, and exploring new areas and cuisines. 	Brian Daubenspeck, Vice-President Brian received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida where he also competed on the University’s championship wakeboard team. After graduating, Brian returned home to Pittsburgh and began working as a Development Engineer at FedEx Ground. At Tepper, he is a member of the Business & Technology and Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital clubs and plans to pursue concentrations in Operations, Marketing and Strategy. 	Richard Campbell, Social Executive Officer Richard is a native of Pittsburgh and attended the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate studies, earning a B.S. in Economics, as well as a B.S. in Geology. He currently works as a Budget Analyst for Pittsburgh Public Schools in their Special Education department, overseeing 90 million dollars in funds. Richard is pursuing his MBA at Tepper with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy. His interests include travel, power lifting, and exploring new restaurants. Email: rcampbel@tepper.cmu.edu
	Leah Fleegle, Marketing Executive Officer Leah received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Business Administration at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. After graduation, Leah started working for PNC and is currently working in PNC Wealth Management as a Sales and Service Specialist. She grew up in Somerset, PA but has been living in Pittsburgh for almost 3 years. In her free time, Leah enjoys watching movies, trying new restaurants, dancing, and travelling. 	David Mateer, Admissions Executive Officer David holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. After graduating, David started his career in a rotational program at Bayer Corporation. Currently, David works as a Treasury Analyst in Bayer’s Capital Markets & Trust Investments group. At Tepper, David is pursing concentrations in Finance and Strategy. In his free time, David enjoys reading, traveling, and hydroponic gardening. Email: dmateer@tepper.cmu.edu
	Rajesh Bhattacharjee, COC/Academics Exec. Officer Rajesh received his PhD in Life sciences from Jadavpur University in India. His aptitude for Biological research brought him to Pittsburgh as a Post-doctoral research scholar. Currently, he shares his time between Tepper, as a student and the University of Pittsburgh, as a researcher. Rajesh absolutely loves travelling and taking photographs. He actively spends his leisure time doing landscape photography, presenting at photography clubs in and around Pittsburgh and writing for various photography magazines. He is also a movie buff and a fan of Classic Rock music. Rajesh is part of a NGO run by his school mates and hopes to support and expand his sister’s school for autistic kids in Bangalore, India. 	Ashley Callaway, Clubs Executive Officer Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in Indiana. She currently works for GE Energy Power Conversion on the software design and development team for the solar power industry.
