Student Clubs
- Alpha Club: The Alpha Club provides students with an opportunity to educate themselves about portfolio management, equity research and all styles of investing as well as introduces students to risk and reward. the club organizes events throughout th eyear including industry speakers and investment research seminars.
- Asian Business Association: The Asian Business Associaton has about 60 students who are from Asian countries and/or have in-depth understanding toward Asian business and culture. It assists members in better understanding business and employment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region, while cultivating pride in the heritage and culture.
- Biopharma Business Club: The Biopharma Club educates, connects and builds future biotech leaders by providing opportunities to learn about and participate in the entrepreneurial aspects of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
- Black Business Association: The BBA supports Tepper's African and African-American students and aims to help increase the representation of these students in corporate America. The BBA achieves this goal by aiding in the development of professional networks for existing students and mentoring African-American high school students in their efforts to reach business school and beyond.
- Business and Technology Club: The Business and Technology Club at the Tepper School of Business is focused on exposing members to the myriad career opportunities available in technology. We engage with industry experts, provide exposure to emerging technologies, and network with professionals at some of the most dynamic companies in the world. Our club caters to students of all disciplines, including finance, marketing, operations and IT.
- Consulting Club: The Consulting Club is one of the largest and most influential clubs at Tepper. Comprised of over 100 members, the club is led by second year MBA students who are dedicated to promoting and improving the Consulting Club for all of its constituents. The goal of the Tepper Consulting Club is to prepare and mentor our members to secure careers of their choice in the field of consulting. Some of the initiatives by the club to prepare its members for the field of consulting are through organizing an industry speaker series, working collaboratively with leading consulting companies to organize case competitions, and sponsoring mentors and case preparation workshops.
- Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club: The EVC Club fosters and supports the development and funding of new business ideas among Tepper MBA students, across the CMU campus, and within the Pittsburgh community. Our mission is to leverage the curriculum and educate our members about entrepreneurship, venture capital, and private equity to enable them to make informed decisions about starting a business; or pursuing careers in these areas.
- Golf Club: In the world of business the ability to confidently approach a round of golf can prove to be quite valuable. The Golf Club strives to acclimate new players to the game and host several outings throughout the year that foster a sociable and fun environment.
- Graduate Business Association:
- Graduate Finance Association: The Graduate Finance Association enhances the academic programs of the graduate business school while building strong alumni relations and promoting the MBA and MSCF programs as strong sources of finance and investment professionals.
- Latin American Business Club: The Latin American Business Club enhances understanding of business in Latin America and increases awareness of the Latin culture among the Tepper community.
- Marketing Club: The Marketing Club introduces MBA students to marketing careers and successful marketing alumni and contacts. Also equips students with tools needed for careers in marketing through projects, enhanced marketing tools, and special events that build upon classroom concepts.
- Net Impact: Net Impact is an international organization comprised of more than 10,000 MBA students and professionals working to further social change through business. Its goal is to promote an understanding of corporate social responsibility and its importance as part of a general business education. Tepper Net Impact organizes regular faculty discussion lunches to discuss ethical and social responsibility issues, works collaboratively with the surrounding community to improve business and social practices, and sponsors campus initiatives to promote social practices, and sponsors campus initiatives to promote social awareness. The chapter is also actively working to bring executives from a variety of industries who can speak to their company's efforts in social responsibility.
- Operations Management Club: The Operations Management Club is a university-sponsored student initiative that promotes greater understanding of operations including: production methods, manufacturing techniques, supply chain solutions, and general management studies and activities. The club promotes thought exchanges through international cases competitions, an internal case competition, an industry-focused operations-based conference, networking events, industry speaker series, tours of corporate operations facilities, and other educational endeavors.
- Organizational Leadership Club: The club's mission is to educate the student body about leadership issues faced by managers in the business world. The club takes the approach of involving alumni to discuss leadership through a speaker series.
- Out@Tepper: Out @ Tepper seeks to increase awareness and acceptance of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) issues within the Tepper community through outreach and educational events among current and prospective students and alumni.
- Public Speaking Club: The Public Speaking Club broadens and deepens students' public speaking, group communication and leadership skills in a fun and intellectually stimulating environment.
- Quantitative Finance Club: The Quantitative Finance Club (QFC) provides MSCF degree and certificate students with various social, educational and program feedback opportunities.

- Tepper Women in Business: This club acts as an educational and social network to support and promote women in business while enhancing students' experiences at the Tepper School of Business. The club provides networking opportunities among students, faculty, industry professionals and the National Association of Women MBA network.

- South Asian Business Association: The South Asian Business Association is a student run organization that was founded in 2001. SABA is geared toward supporting students of South Asian original both from professional and cultural viewpoints. Professionally, through the annual India Business Conference, SABA seeks to facilitate networking within the school of business as well as the external business community to create opportunities for our members. Culturally, SABA hosts and promotes events to maintain our South Asian identity by celebrating major regional festivals.
- Real Estate Club: The club fosters education, investment, and career opportunities for graduate students interested in real estate.
- Wine Club: The Wine Club provides the Tepper community with a forum to explore the culture of wine in a fun, pressure-free environment. Events include education sessions and tastings, and the club welcomes all students and their partners. Salut!
