Juan Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech. His work experience is mostly with the airlines: 3 semesters as a Powerplant Engineering Intern for Northwest Airlines and two years as a Flight Operations Engineer for Copa Airlines in Panama City, Panama. At Tepper he is pursuing concentrations in Operations and Strategy, and keeps involved with LABC, the Operations Club and Net Impact. He also volunteers for Carnegie Mellon Emergency Medical Service. Maria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, Maria spent six years at AT&T where she participated in the Leadership Development Program in various capacities, including forecasting and analysis for new IP product launches. Maria is pursuing concentrations in Finance and Accounting at Tepper. She is also a board member of the Graduate Finance Association, an active member of both Tepper Women in Business and Wine Club, and a volunteer with the admissions office. Jose Espino holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduation, he joined Ericsson, Inc. as a software engineer and worked in several roles including software tester at the Stockholm research facility. Jose’s work experience also includes experience at two start-ups including True.com, where he served as Lead Software Architect before joining Tepper. Jose is pursuing concentrations in Finance and Accounting as well as the Global Enterprise Management (GEM) track. He interned at Goldman Sachs Investment Bank this summer. Arlette Toledo holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from ITESM at Mexico City. After graduating, Arlette joined Grupo Reforma, the corporate group which publishes one of the most important newspapers of Mexico. She joined as a development engineer, and later performed as project leader. She is pursuing concentrations in Information Systems and Marketing at Tepper. She is member of some other clubs, such as Business & Technology, Tepper Women in Business and Marketing. She spent the summer as a Communications Intern at Heinz, in Pittsburgh.  Oscar Casado holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering & Business from ETSII at Valladolid, Spain. After graduation, he joined a Supply Chain Management start-up in Madrid where he worked as a Software Engineer and Sr. Technical Analyst. In 2004 he moved to the US where he worked in several IT roles in Telecommunications and Financial Services before joining Tepper. Oscar is pursuing concentrations in Marketing, Strategy, and Finance. This summer he interned as a Marketing Summer Associate in the Credit Card Services division at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
