The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) is an non-profit organization created in 1988. It exists to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NSHMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions throughout the U.S., so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation’s diverse workforce.

2008 Conference and Career Expo

The Annual Conference is where NSHMBA's mission really comes to life. It features a career expo that serves as a pavilion of job opportunities for thousands of the most excellent Hispanic MBA professionals and students looking for a promising career. This year's Conference and Career Expo will take place in Atlanta, Georgia from October 9 to 11. For more details, visit the Career Expo website.

  1. If you are planning to attend the conference, please note that LABC is not responsible for booking hotel or making any direct arrangements. However, to promote good information flow we have created a Google Doc where you can share details about your travel arrangements, coordinate rooms, etc. If you wish to request access to this document, please contact Juan Carlos Leon at juanleon@andrew.cmu.edu.
     
  2. Early registration deadline is September 8, registration rates will be higher after this date.
     
  3. Special rates at conveniently located hotels are available through the NSHMBA website. These rates can be booked until September 19 or until the NSHMBA blocks run out.
