President – Kenneth HendrataAfter graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Kenneth moved to Connecticut to work for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals as a software engineer. There, he was instrumental in securing a patent for a new system and methodology to enhance inventory reliability. His analytical background and love for optimization attracted him to the field of operations, which is his current MBA concentration along with strategy and organizational behavior. This summer Kenneth performed sales forecasting and strategic marketing for the RF, Analog & Sensor Group of Freescale Semiconductor in Tempe, AZ. |

VP of External Affairs – Maurice AdamsMaurice Adams attended Michigan State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He returned to the Detroit area to begin his career with General Motors Powertrain Division as Engine Development Engineer, where he worked for 8+ years. He is currently concentrating in operations and strategy. His honors include Consortium for Graduate Study in Management fellowship, Dean's scholarship recipient, 2nd place team in Key Bank Minority Case Competition and 1st place team in Tepper's AT Kearney Case Competition. While at Tepper, he is also President of the Black Business Association and a student ambassador. His internship was at PPG in Pittsburgh, PA in global supply chain of their coatings division. |

VP of Finance – Neha AgarwalNeha received her Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Prior to pursuing her MBA, she worked as a software development engineer at Adobe and Quark in India. This summer, Neha worked on building export strategy for Keystone Automotive Operations. |

VP of Communications – Sereana SeimAfter graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in Asian Studies, Sereana moved to Japan to work for the Japanese government organizing events to promote greater cross-cultural understanding. Most recently, she worked as an assistant correspondent at the Washington, DC bureau of a Japanese news agency. Sereana is a regular contributing writer to the Robber Barons school newspaper and a Dean's Scholarship recipient. With a longstanding interest in how things are made, Sereana decided to pursue operations, which she is focusing in along with international management. She spent her summer as a supply chain intern doing business continuity planning and testing with Hewlett-Packard's inkjet and laser supplies division. |

VP of Education & COC Liaison – Sean TravisSean earned two Mechanical Engineering degrees at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Upon graduation, he started work at Hamilton Sundstrand, United Technologies on the new Airbus A380 turbojet engine in the Thermal Modeling & Testing Group. After learning about an opportunity in Pittsburgh, Sean moved to the area to work for Bechtel - Bettis Laboratory on NASA's Project Prometheus Program. At Tepper, Sean's focus is in strategy, operations, and marketing. This summer he worked as a Strategic Planner for Emerson in St. Louis. |

VP of Corporate Relations – Kellen WadachKellen has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University (SUNY). He worked as a manufacturing engineer for Lockheed Martin, involved in production optimization and process improvement, and worked on the MH-60 helicopter program and the Presidential helicopter program. At Tepper, his focus will be in strategy, finance, and operations. He worked for Amazon.com this summer. |

VP of Operations – Nicole WilsonAfter completing a degree in Mathematics, Nicole worked for four years in the insurance industry. Entering the industry as an underwriting assistant with Lexington Insurance in Boston, Nicole soon moved on to underwriting General Casualty, Product Liability, and Umbrella Liability insurance in the Excess and Surplus Casualty market. In this role, Nicole was responsible for maintaining relationships with 35-40 brokers nationwide in addition to developing new broker relationships. Now at Tepper, Nicole is participating in the Global Enterprise Management track and focusing on operations. This summer she worked with Amazon.com in Dallas. |

Flex Time Representative – Govardhan SinghAfter graduating from the University of Mysore (India) with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Govardhan worked for Kennametal India for a short period as a design engineer. He obtained his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Chicago and joined Abbott/Hospira as a Development Engineer. At Hospira, he worked in R&D, and later moved to technical operations supporting plants located across the globe. Currently he works as a project engineer at Medrad, overseeing operations quality issues across the shifts at its Indianola plant and also manageing the calibration lab that supports disposables and SBU's at Medrad. His analytical background and experience gained while supporting multiple plants attracted him to the field of operations, which is his current MBA concentration along with strategy and finance. |
