Chris Bell, President

Chris holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Tepper, Chris was a Senior Sales Representative for the Gordon Flesch Company, before which he was a member of the Information Management Leadership Program at GE Healthcare. Chris’s leadership experience includes: former President of a Toastmaster’s International chapter, captain of his undergrad rugby team, and president/founder of The Vandelay Group, a Milwaukee area investment club. He will be spending his summer at Bain & Co in their Boston office.

Pat Brown, Vice President

Patrick holds a BA in Management Information systems and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. After a year of developing software for General Mills, Pat took over an Junior Director position at a financial holding company to develop an IT growth and positioning strategy. From here he moved to GMAC-Residential Capital Group where he was responsible for a Valuation and Risk Analysis department consisting of 2 teams of software engineers and analysts. Pat is also founder and president of the IT strategy firm Solutionfire which works with small and medium sized business in the financial services sector. He is a competitive mountain biker, avid outdoorsman and enjoys travel.

Lillian MacEachern, Vice President of Professional Development

Lilly holds a BA in American Studies/Health Policy from UC Berkeley. Prior to Tepper, Lilly worked in health policy for 6 years in Washington DC. Lilly’s leadership experience includes serving in Chair and Vice-Chair capacities for several nonprofit boards as well as serving as a Mayoral Commissioner. She will be spending her summer in investment banking for Wachovia Securities in their New York office.

Joe Cox, Vice President of Technology

Joe holds a BA in religion from Birmingham Southern College and a Master of Divinity from Duke University. During college, Joe worked as a pastor in the United Methodist Church. After attending Duke, Joe worked as a United Methodist pastor for 2 more years. Joe has considerable public speaking experience, having preached more than 300 sermons. He enjoys all forms of competition - most notably those that involve defeating club president Chris Bell.
