Of course, the best resource for becoming a better leader is people:

1. Find a mentor, someone who is the leader you hope to be someday and watch how they handle both difficult and everyday situations
2. Discover that everyone is better than you in at least one thing, and in that, you can learn from them. Find it, learn it, and respect them for it.
3. Surround yourself with people you like and respect, because to others, you are one of them.
