Organizational Leadership Club

The Organizational Leadership Club educates Tepper students to be confident leaders capable of inspiring excellence that permeates organizations and communities.

Our club vision is to provide Tepper students with a collaborative and experiential approach to leadership education for those interested in improving and developing their leadership skills and abilities. We explore leadership education using the latest theories on leadership and management and we host several events throughout the year including Speaker Series with industry leaders, a Case Competition, Book Series, Coffee Chats, and a full mentorship program. The Organizational Leadership Club provides the opportunity to challenge and test your leadership to develop you as a dynamic leader in your personal and professional life.
