ROMBA (Reaching Out MBA) and Reaching Out Leadership Summit
Reaching Out is the annual conference of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) graduate business school students. Each year 1,000 students, business leaders, and recruiters gather in mid-October at a given host location. Tepper sends several students to the conference each year to participate. We also attend the Leadership summit the spring in Chicago which is a weekend of leadership development, networking and skill-sharing with fellow LGBT leaders from the leading MBA programs across the nation.
80's Prom
Who doesn't love to dress up in business school? Here's your grand opportunity to transport yourself back to time with shoulder pads and big hair. Dance to live music, take a tour of the art at the Mattress Factory, and give a donation for the "It Gets Better Project" !!
90's Roller Skating
Who doesn't love the 90's? When was the last time you went roller skating? Put on your neon clothing and strap on skates and enjoy the music to the 90's with members of Out&Allied and the Tepper community.
End of Mini Member Party
An opportunity for Out&Allied members to get together after the semester and socialize over handmade cocktails.
