• PNC Real Estate Finance - Friday, February 1st - Morning - This half day event is limited to only 12 attendees. Please email Colin Warman and tell him if and why you are interested in attending. The event and will include:

  • site visit to PNC Financial Services headquarters in downtown Pittsburgh

  • breakdown of all aspects of a large real estate development credit facitlity - research, marketing, underwriting, construction, administration

  • networking opportunities

  • most importantly - free lunch!

• J.J. Gumberg - Director of Development - February TBD - Management of J.J. Gumberg will be discussing their recent project with Target Corporation, after which Target nominated them as Developer of the Year. We can thank our Heinz School VP Matt Zahler for setting this one up. He says the executives are very excited to visit our school!

• Home Buyer Education Seminar - March TBD - John Cresto, MBA CFP of PNC Mortgage, LLC will be detailing the home-buying process and how to avoid common mortgage pitfalls.
