 President: Gouri Shintri

Gouri Shintri graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University. During her three years with Deloitte Consulting, she worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop short-term and long-term strategic business solutions using technology. Gouri is currently attending Tepper on the Consortium Fellowship and the Dean’s scholarship, and she is concentrating in Marketing and Strategy. This summer, Gouri will work for Heinz as an Associate Brand Manager.

Vice President Finance: Lillian MacEachern

 

Lillian MacEachern is originally from Los Angeles, CA. After completing her bachelor's degree in American Studies (health policy) at UC Berkeley, she moved to Washington D.C. There, she worked in health policy and served in leadership capacities on several city commissions and nonprofit boards. At Tepper, she is a Swartz Entrepreneurial Fellow and is focusing on finance and accounting. She is actively involved with several clubs and holds leadership positions in Tepper Women in Business, Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club, and the Organizational Leadership Club. This summer, Lilly will join the investment banking division of Wachovia Securities.

Vice President Marketing: Jagriti hooda

Jagriti Hooda is originally from Rohtak, India. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, she worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd for three years. She was involved in the development and maintenance of software for a telecommunications related project.  At Tepper, she is concentrating in Marketing and Strategy. She is also actively involved in other organizations at Tepper like the Marketing club and the Graduate Finance Association. This summer, she will be interning with Yahoo! Inc as a Product Manager Intern.

Vice President Community Service and Admissions: Ritika Rai

 Ritika Rai is originally from Chennai, India. After completing her bachelor’s degree at Carnegie Mellon University, she moved back to India. There, she worked at the RKKR Group in their steel division as the Director of sales. Ritika also founded a non-profit organization “Saving Paws Trust” that is involved in helping and protecting street animals in India. She is currently involved in other organizations at Tepper and also holds a leadership position in the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club.

Vice President of Networking and Events: Ashmi Wadhwani

Ashmi Wadhwani is a proud Texan. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. After graduation, she worked four years at Dell Inc as a development engineer. In addition to belonging to Tepper Women in Business, she is an active member of NetImpact and the Energy Club. During the summer, Ashmi is working at Boral Industries as a Business and Market Development Intern.

Vice President of Flextime and Professional Development:  Victoria Guscoff

 

  Victoria Guscoff was born and raised in Canton, OH. She graduated from The Ohio State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduation she worked for AT&T Wireless Services / Cincinnati Bell Wireless in Cincinnati, OH where she developed reports to track and improve the customer call quality. She later moved to Pittsburgh, PA to work for AT&T formerly known as Cingular Wireless to lead projects to improve the customer call experience. At Tepper, she is focusing on marketing and strategy, and is involved with several clubs.
