Required Application Materials for the Dual Degree Executive MBA in Asset and Wealth Management

• Please download the EMBA Application Form Packet

• The Application Packet includes: Admissions information and checklist, program application, and two letter of recommendation forms
• Other qualifying materials, references and examinations may be requested at the discretion of the Admissions Committee
• Please complete the form carefully, making sure to enter each field. Once you have completed the appilcation form, you must print it out, sign where indicated, and mail all reqeusted materials to the appropriate address.

Application Deadline

• Candidates are considered on a rolling admissions basis with a final application deadline for intake in any given year of January 15th.
  
  Update: Carnegie Mellon has extended the application deadline until March 1, 2012 for applicants from the United States and Canada who are applying for the program beginning in May 2012

Application Fee

There is a non-refundable application fee of USD 200.

• If applying through the Tepper School of Business:
  A non-refundable application fee of $200 is required of all applicants. Please make checks out to: Carnegie Mellon, Tepper School of Business and mail to:  MBA Admissions Office, Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, 5000 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213-3890.
   
• If applying through the Swiss Finance Institute:
  A non-refundable application fee of $200 is required of all applicants. (Net of all bank charges; by bank transfer UBS, Lausanne, beneficiary: Swiss Finance Institute, bank account: 0243-399684.66T, Swift: UBSWCHZH80A, IBAN: CH540024324339968466T). No cheques are accepted.
