Four Levels of Customization
Depending on your company’s needs, we have four general levels of program customization:
- Integrated education and business planning – At this highest level of customization, we develop a program which integrates strategic analysis, knowledge content and implementation planning aligned with your company’s business goals and planning cycle.
- Education plus identification of future business opportunities – Blending program content and company specific cases, this level identifies business strategy and operating opportunities for follow-on flexibility analysis/implementation after the program is complete.
- Broad-based content plus faculty-directed company application –This level includes distinct, faculty-facilitated sessions for business application as a supplement to less company-specific content.
- Selected off-the-shelf topics – This level provides a program designed around the selection of existing topics ordered to build to the achievement of organizational core learning needs.
