Interviews & Campus Visits

As a prospective student, we encourage you to explore our program, campus environment and student lifestyle by visiting. Campus visitors are welcome Mondays through Thursdays, when classes are in session. Class visits, tours, meetings with students and a weekly information session with a member of our admissions staff (Mondays at 11:30) are among the options available when you visit. Additionally, prospective FlexTime students are welcome to arrange an evening class visit. For more information and to schedule a visit, call us at 412-268-5687.

Interview Policy

Before making your interview request, please read our suggestions regarding who should request an interview.

On-Campus Interviews

During the early part of the admission season, visitors may request an interview with a member of our admissions staff. The requested interview must take place on or before December 3, 2007. We try to accommodate as many interview requests as possible but, unfortunately, cannot guarantee every visitor an interview appointment. To request an on-campus interview before December 3rd, please fax a copy of your resume and your GMAT score (if you have taken the test) to us at 412-268-4209. The fax should also include the date of your visit and your contact information, including a current email address.

Off-Campus Interviews

Throughout the fall, our staff members attend recruiting events across the world. We would welcome the opportunity to interview you at one of these events. Should you wish to request an off-campus interview, please follow the same procedure indicated above (please be sure to indicate the event and city in your request). After December 3, 2007, all admission interviews are granted by invitation only, based on our review of your submitted MBA application. Please note that interview invitations may be extended at any time after you submit your application, up until the date that your admission decision is released. If you are invited for an interview, you may arrange an on-campus, off-campus or telephone interview with a member of our admissions team. Please note that our admission committee prefers an on-campus interview, if possible.
