The Tepper School of Business is a member of The Forté Foundation, a consortium of major corporations, top business schools, and influential nonprofit organizations that are dedicated to substantially increasing the number of women in business. The Forté Foundation offers many venues to educate and direct talented women toward leadership roles in business such as the Forté Online Community, Forté Forums, the Annual Fellow & Intern Symposium, and the Forté Fellow program.
The Tepper School of Business is a member of The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM), an alliance of 13 graduate business schools and corporate partners dedicated to providing management education opportunities to African American, Hispanic and Native American students and ultimately their entry into managerial positions in business. Candidates who apply through the CGSM and are admitted to the Tepper School are eligible to compete for a fellowship, covering full tuition and required fees over two years of the Full-Time MBA Program.
