Consortium for Graduate Study in Management

The mission of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM), an alliance of 13 graduate business schools and some of our country’s top corporations, is to enhance diversity in business education and leadership by helping to reduce the under-representation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans in both its member schools’ enrollment and the ranks of management.

The Consortium fulfills this mission by attracting and recruiting qualified candidates from these under-represented groups, as well as other U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents who has demonstrated significant contributions to promoting diversity in the workplace.

The key benefits to applying through the Consortium:

  • Applying to up to six member schools with one application
  • Potential Consortium Fellowship -- covering full tuition and required fees over two years of the Full-Time MBA Program.
  • Professional Development and Networking
  • If you apply as a Consortium candidate, you are not required to complete the Tepper MBA application.
  • Students applying through the Consortium are required to complete a Consortium interview. Your Consortium interview may be conducted by a representative of any of the Consortium member school in your area.

The Tepper School of Business strongly encourages qualified candidates to apply to the Tepper MBA program using the Consortium application.
