Though our standards are high and our admissions process is very competitive, our ideal student does not fit a rigid profile. We welcome students from diverse academic professional and personal backgrounds, and seek exceptional individuals who have made an impact in whatever path they have chosen. Our admissions process is holistic in that we consider all aspects of the application equally to determine an overall fit with your background, goals, and leadership potential to the Tepper School's culture, curriculum, and community.

To that end, we believe that it's crucial for you to come to know us well during the application process. Our admissions team members would be delighted to meet you, either through an on-campus visit or through the more than 100 off-campus recruiting events that we attend annually around the world.  We also hold regular online chats to get to know you and answer your questions about our program and our application process. We also offer an online forum for any questions you might have. Additionally, our team would also be happy to introduce you to our current students (many of whom will host information meet-and-greets in their hometown during our semester breaks) and recent alumni to help you learn more about our program and community through their insight and experiences.
