As a professional living and working in Pittsburgh, Tepper's FlexTime part-time program is specially designed to give you the flexibility that enables you to work full time while completing your MBA degree without compromising any of the content of the program. Many FlexTime students pursue an MBA degree to enhance their skill set in anticipation of higher levels of responsibility within their company. One of the biggest advantages of the program is that the FlexTime student can apply what they learn in the classroom to their current job the very next day!
Others seek out the FlexTime MBA degree program with the end goal of immediately transitioning their career into a new functional area within their company, or within an entirely new industry, once they complete the program. Still others wish to remain in their current position after the program, yet have aspirations of transitioning their careers into a different industry five or ten years down the line.
No matter what your career goals may be, Tepper knows how to meet your career objectives - and those of your current employer. Tepper is consistently ranked in the Top Ten employers' favorites in the annual Wall Street Journal global MBA ranking. The Tepper School of Business is often cited by hiring managers for our graduates’ strategic skills, teamwork strengths and ability to make an immediate impact within an organization.
For those students who may require support to pursue other career opportunities once they have completed the program, Tepper maintains partnerships with nearly 350 corporations worldwide. The strength of our corporate partnerships is also evidenced by the decade long recruiting relationships we have maintained with all Fortune 500 firms based in Pittsburgh. Many of our FlexTime students come from these well-known Pittsburgh-based companies while attending the program.
