FlexTime Leadership Team

The Flex-Time Leadership Team is a student body that exists for one simple purpose; to make the Flex-Time program an even better program! The 6-member team acts as a voice for the Flex-Time program to the administration, as well as the overall student body at Tepper. From scheduling social events to providing input on course selection, the Leadership Team works hard to enhance the entire Flex-Time experience.

 

President: Stephanie Sapp Rideau

  • Actively engages and represents all 3 FlexTime classes
  • Organizes and leads FlexTime town hall meeting
  • Maintains constant communications with Tepper Administration
  • FlexTime liaison on the GBA (Graduate Business Association) as the voice of the FlexTime student body
  • Sets team direction and oversees key initiatives
  • Works closely with student clubs, the COC, and Flex Time alumni
  • Leads transition to next FLT at the end of the year

Marketing Executive Officer: Cynthia B. Renduels

  • Responsible for FlexTime student-wide communications
  • Maintains constant communication with the Marketing Executive Officer of the GBA at the Tepper School to assist in brand management
  • Responsible for assisting the Admissions and Student Services office in coordinating visits to the school by prospective FlexTime students
  • Reaches out to incoming FlexTime students and works to ensure that their transition into the FlexTime community is a positive experience

 


 

 

Social Executive Officer: Ben Garber

  • Interacts with the GBA Cultural Executive Officer and helps increase FlexTime participation in business school competitions, games, and activities
  • Interacts with students in part-time programs of other local schools to plan joint MBA activities
  • Assumes the lead role in planning weekly social events, as well as annual events as deemed necessary by the FLT
  • Works with the FLT president to establish and maintain the FlexTime student budget

FlexTime Academics Representative: Aaron Todaro

  • Maintains constant communication with the Academics and COC Executive Officer of the GBA to assist in school-wide initiatives
  • Works with Student Services to ensure elective courses of interest to the current FlexTime student community are being offered
  • Helps to ensure that academic information (e.g. new curriculum tracks, upcoming electives, etc.) is communicated to the FlexTime student body
  • Coordinates the FlexTime sessions of academic skills workshops (e.g. Tepper Prepper), as well as career workshops

FlexTime COC Representative: Tom Medvitz

  • Meets regularly with the Director of theCareer Opportunities Center to ensure the needs of FlexTime students  are being met
  • Establishes communication with local companies and Tepper Alumni
  • Maintain constant communication with the FlexTime students

Robert Mason 

 

Clubs Executive Officer: Robert C. Mason

  • Works closely with the FlexTime representatives in all of the clubs and the GBA Cultural Executive Officer to ensure the needs of the FlexTime community with regards to clubs at Tepper are being met
  • Actively promotes club-events which are open to the entire FlexTime community
  • Promotes and assists in the organization of FlexTime student teams for case competitions
  • Assists in recruiting volunteers from the FlexTime community for club-sponsored activities
