Management Leadership for Tomorrow

Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national nonprofit that develops African American, Hispanic and Native American young people for leadership positions in corporations, nonprofits, and entrepreneurial ventures where these minority groups are dramatically underrepresented. As one of 31 top MBA programs, the Tepper School of Business partners with MLT and numerous corporations to deliver programming at the critical career transition point of early career to an MBA degree. www.ml4t.org
