Additional Major In Business Administration

HOW TO APPLY:

• Download the additional major form:  Additional Major Form (.pdf) 
• The additional major application may only be submitted once per semester; the current semester deadline is Monday, April 1, 2013 by 5 p.m. Please drop off completed application at the Undergraduate Business office, Tepper Room 139.
• Attend either information session about the additional major on either
  -- Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. or
  -- Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 12:00 p.m.
  in the Undergraduate Lounge, Tepper 132

Students must meet all of the following criteria to apply for the additional major:

• At least junior status
• Overall QPA of 3.0 or greater
• Minimum QPA of 3.0 in required  courses for additional major
• Completion of the Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, and Computing requirements  (see below for specific course names and numbers.)
• Completion of at least six of the required 70-XXX courses

• No more than two required business courses may count toward another degree's requirements

Students considering the additional major should be aware that additional time and flexibility may be required to satisfy all requirements. Many required courses are in high demand and are offered in limited time slots (in some cases, only once per academic year). Completion of all courses required for the additional major cannot be guaranteed -- hence the possible need for additional time and flexibility.
